Your Membership
Your subscription includes:
- Full access to premium training courses and video modules.
- Downloadable resources, templates, and bid support materials.
- Invitations to live coaching sessions and Q&A events.
- Access to our private online community of bidders and mentors.
By enrolling in a subscription plan, you agree to be billed monthly every 30 days or annually (based on your selection) until you cancel. Billing confirmations are sent to your registered email address after each successful transaction.
Personal Information
We collect only essential data such as your name, email address, and payment details to deliver your membership and communicate important updates. Payment processing is handled securely through our third-party providers (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full credit card information.

Refund Policy

Upsell programs such as coaching, bootcamps, or live accelerator cohorts may offer action-based guarantees. These are processed on a case-by-case basis based on user completion and engagement.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your member dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found violating our Terms of Service, misusing the platform, or engaging in abusive conduct. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
